LaGrange Sunrise Rotarians Sue Stuebner, Sally Buttinger and Pat Fox. LaGrange Sunrise Rotary Club supplied and served breakfast to residents of Pat's Place in Poughkeepsie. Pat's Place is a voluntary, transitional, supportive housing facility for young adults to prepare them for transition into permanent housing. Members enjoyed spending time with residents.

The Rotary Club of LaGrange Sunrise held it's annual "Trash Bash"! Club members along with community volunteers picked up trash along 30+ miles of Town roads. Thank you to Royal Carting Co. for donating the dumpster! Great job LaGrange Sunrise Rotary!!!🎊🎉

Doing good and having fun!!! Members of the Rotary Club of LaGrange Sunrise, golf sponsors and potential members gathered last evening at Simply Gourmet in the Town of LaGrange. Many thanks to Greg Bolner (Club President) and McKinley Buttinger (daughter of two of our members) for providing a fabulous video stream of all of the fabulous projects/accomplishments from the past year. The highlight of the evening was the announcement of a donation in the amount of $10,000.00 to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation! Wow!!! Great job LaGrange Sunrise Rotary!!!!🎉🎊🎉🎊 Food provided by Simply Gourmet was amazing! Fellowship was great! We even had a member's Mother who is visiting from England in attendance! We meet at the Daily Planet on Tuesday mornings at 7:30am. Last Tuesdays of the month we have an evening social. Come visit and start doing good and having fun🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉

The Arlington High School Unified Prom was held on Friday evening April 24th.. Earlier this month members of the Rotary Club of LaGrange Sunrise gathered with the Interact Club to create decorations for the prom. The theme this year was Fairyland. Rotary Club members attended and assisted at the prom!!! Great job by all!!!🧚🏻🧚🏻

Members of the Rotary Club of LaGrange Sunrise recently attended an assembly at Titusville Intermediate School and gave a presentation on Arbor Day. They delivered seed packets for each of the students as well as a tree to be planted on the school grounds. Thank you to Dutchess Soil and Water Conservation District for providing the seed packets!

🌟 RYLA Applications Are Now Open! 🌟

The LaGrange Sunrise Rotary Club is excited to announce that applications are now available for the 2026 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Conference!

RYLA is an incredible leadership experience designed for high school sophomores who have demonstrated leadership potential in their school and community. This 5-day conference will be held June 28 – July 2, 2026 at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh.

Participants will:
✔️ Build leadership and communication skills
✔️ Connect with other students from across the Hudson Valley
✔️ Take part in team-building activities, group projects, and meaningful discussions
✔️ Grow confidence and develop lifelong friendships

This is a fully sponsored opportunity through our Rotary Club!

The LaGrange Sunrise Rotary Club gathered with the Arlington High School Interact Club for fellowship, food, games and preparation of decorations for the Arlington Unified Prom. The Prom will take place in April. The Interact members are amazing people!! Many thanks to Rotarians Sally Buttinger and Aishu Narasimhadevara for organizing this great event! Many thanks also to Jen Barry and Nicole Asendorf who serve as Interact Advisors at the Arlington High School. We had a great turnout of Interact students and Rotarians!!

Busy week of SERVICE ABOVE SELF! Todays trip was to River Haven a shelter for teenagers where we donated 430 snacks, 50 duffle bags, 50 individual hygiene bags and lots of smiles from our Rotary Club! LaGrange LaGrange, NY Sunrise Rotary. New members are WELCOME!! Message me for details and come GIVE and SPREAD the LOVE.

NYS Senator Rob Rolison was our speaker on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025. Senator Rolison is working diligently for the people of Dutchess County and all of New York State! Senator Rolison spoke about his work on behalf of domestic violence victims. Thank you for your great work Senator Rolison!
