🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨
The check-in time for our Be the One Color Run has been moved to 5:30pm this Friday, October 3rd!! It’s not too late to continue earning prizes and be a part of the Falcon fun.

Here’s how:

1. First, register or re-login to your parent dashboard and complete your child’s student webpage with a PICTURE at getmovinfundhub.com.
School Identifier: 611a538e072b0 (you can also get there by scanning
the QR code in the event picture with your phone's camera)

2. Make an online donation right away using the red Donate button.

3. Share with friends and family. They want to help!
• Send 10-15 emails and/or text messages
• Post on Facebook
• Help your child reach their goal in 24/48 hours

Our Be the One Color Run helps fund Arts in Education programs, in-school and after-school PTA events, and many other projects for the year. Please help us crush our fundraising goal by supporting the Be the One Color Run!

😎 SAVE THE DATES for our Popsicles & Playtime events, Falcons! Kick off the upcoming school year with your fellow Vail Farm families! Each incoming grade has their own special hour of fun (but no worries if you have siblings in tow as well - they are welcome).

🗳️ Are you interested in being on the VFES PTA’s Executive Board for the 2025-2026 school year? All positions are open for election, as each board member holds their position for 1 year (and each position has a 2-year limit). Our board consists of the following officers: President, 2 Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, and Corresponding Secretary. 5 out of our 6 current officers will have 5th graders next year, so we would love to see some parents of younger students get involved in the PTA leadership team! Yearbooks are now available to order! Paper forms will be sent home with students. Links to soft cover & hard cover options are on our website: https://www.arlingtonschools.org/Page/25299

Congrats to 5th graders Lauren Morales & Bentley Aisenstat for their winning design submissions for the front and back cover.

Yearbooks will be distributed at school mid-June to those who place their orders before the deadline (paper orders are due by May 9th & online orders are due by May 16th).
