Today's session with Kid Entrepreneurship,Inc at Communities In Schools of Georgia in Troup County was filled with learning, engagement, and real-world business skills!
Our students participated in interactive role-playing activities that demonstrated the difference between good customer service and bad customer service. They learned how professionalism, respect, communication, and first impressions can impact a business and customer experience.
We also continued our Money Matters lesson, where students learned the difference between:
💰 Revenue – the money a business earns from sales
📈 Profit – the money left after expenses are paid
🧾 Expenses – the costs of running a business
Students were introduced to basic banking concepts and learned how to properly write a check, an important life skill that many have never experienced before.
To reinforce learning, we wrapped up the session with a recap of last week's lessons and discussed how these concepts connect to becoming successful entrepreneurs and future business leaders.
Our students were engaged, eager to learn, and did an amazing job participating in discussions and activities. We are proud of their growth and excited to continue building their confidence, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skills!
