For years, Austin Cook III has quietly and faithfully invested in the lives of LaGrange College students. Recently, he deepened that legacy by renewing his commitment to an annual scholarship established in honor of his parents and adding the name of his late brother, Dan Cook ’73, creating the Austin P. Cook, Jr., Eleanor B. Cook ’42 and Daniel B. Cook ’73 Annual Scholarship.

This meaningful gift reflects a family’s lasting love for LaGrange College and a belief in the power of education to shape futures for generations to come.

As part of the Baseball Alumni Day festivities in April, three alumni were recognized for earning All-Region honors during their time at LaGrange College. Each honoree received a custom baseball card that will be permanently displayed in the locker room, serving as a lasting tribute to their achievements and an inspiration to current and future players. ⚾️

Four Troup County School System employees recently made history as members of the inaugural doctoral cohort at LaGrange College, each earning a Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction. This milestone reflects a shared commitment to educational leadership, innovation, and excellence within TCSS.

Co-written by retired LC English Professor Dr. John M. Williams, this story follows a California teenager navigating a new life in the Deep South.

After premiering at the Rome International Film Festival and earning a Best Georgia Feature Film nomination, it's now streaming on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Google.
