Circle of Care Circle of Care is now recruiting new members between the ages of 10 - 23 years old. We offer an array of free services for you and your child. course completion.

Circle of Care is a unique prevention program that has been offering an array of services to teen mothers for more than a decade. We seek to decrease repeat pregnancies in Troup County by helping mothers maintain school enrollment or G.E.D. Additionally, staff provides home-based parent education, parent/ child group activities, referral information, and transportation services.
