🌱 Hands-on composting activity — what can and can’t be composted
🌱 Lessons on pulling weeds for healthy growth (and what that teaches us about life!)

🌿 Tribe Ujima Trust Update 🌿

Family, after much thought and discussion, we have decided to cancel this year’s Confidence Festival.

This was not an easy decision, but we believe it is the best step for our Tribe at this time. Please know that this does not change our commitment to our mission — to build and maintain our communities through collective work and responsibility.

While the festival will not move forward this year, our work in the garden, community clean-up days, and programs that uplift our families will continue. Tribe Ujima is still here, still strong, and still dedicated to creating spaces for growth, unity, and positive change.

We are deeply grateful for your support and look forward to sharing upcoming opportunities to work together, grow together, and celebrate our collective strength. ✨

Recent events concerning a member of our leadership do not reflect the values, purpose, or commitment of Tribe Ujima as a whole. While individuals may face personal challenges, our Tribe remains strong, focused, and committed to the work of uplifting our community.

Ujima means collective work and responsibility. As a Tribe, we embrace that meaning now more than ever. Our focus continues to be creating spaces for growth, addressing community needs, and supporting each other with peace and accountability.

We thank our members and community partners for your continued trust and support as we move forward together — stronger, united, and dedicated to being the answer for our people.
