On April 27th, this page posted that Josh Willer wrote bad checks to swim instructors and a swim coach, owed thousands of dollars to swim instructors & coaches, and owed swim parents merchandise that had been bought and paid for.
I withdraw my statements about specific amounts owed and about merchandise, as I was unable to independently verify them, and I should not have characterized the checks issued as “bad checks.” All instructors & coaches have been paid in full, and merchandise has been received as of June 29, 2026.
