Last but certainly not least: We're thrilled to showcase the meaningful difference Beacon's Ally Response program made in 2025.

Last year, we served 646 clients and received 621 referrals from local emergency departments. Our dedicated Ally team engaged in 3,422 interactions to support clients throughout the recovery journey, and successfully resolved 99% of clients' needs.

Today, we’re highlighting the critical impact of our Outreach Harm Reduction Navigation (OHRN) program. In 2025, Beacon’s dedicated outreach navigator spent thousands of hours in local communities—providing essential outreach, education, and harm reduction supplies to individuals in need.

Our OHRN program is rooted in compassion and personal dignity, working to reduce the harmful effects of high-risk behaviors by meeting people where they are and prioritizing health over stigma.

In 2025, our Hub program received 259 referrals, served 245 active clients, and provided compassionate, holistic support through 5,161 client interactions. Through the hard work of our reentry community health workers, 99% of clients' needs were successfully resolved.

We’re proud to highlight the incredible impact of Beacon’s health navigation program this past year. In 2025, we received 1,282 referrals, served 1,402 clients, and supported our community through 9,038 interactions. Thanks to the dedication of our community health workers, 97% of clients’ health-related social needs were successfully resolved.
