🚨 Urgent Need at the LUM Emergency Shelter 🚨Immediate need of hotel-size/travel-size BODY WASH (approximately 1 oz.) for shelter guests. Community members can help by:
✅ Shipping donations directly to LUM
✅ Dropping off items at LUM
✅ Making a financial contribution

👀 Behind the Scenes Changes Perspectives - Experience Shelter Hospitality, Dignity, Resilience. What does shelter life really look like? Recently, LUM welcomed donors, volunteers, and community friends for a powerful “Behind the Scenes” experience at the LUM Emergency Shelter. Participants followed the full guest experience—from check-in to daily routines and chores—gaining a deeper understanding of shelter operations. Along the way, they heard moving stories and testimonials from shelter guests and saw firsthand both the challenges of homelessness and the resilience of those we serve.
