We've had a rough week. It's been miserable hot again. We also lost one of our residents. Kate was with us for 8 years. She came to us as a tiny malnourished baby. Last year, she developed skin cancer. It only got worse this summer even though we kept her strictly in the shade.

Kate the great as we called her. I will miss you so much, but I am relieved for you sweet girl 💓

Seeley...which I lovingly called my crusty little baby for the longest because she had mites that just wouldn't go away.

She was up for adoption, but wanted to stay here. Seriously, I was her emotional support person. We got mites together and everything 😂

Meet Scarlett and Butler 🩷

We were contacted about these two cuties yesterday. We chose to say no at this time, but will do everything we can to find them the perfect home.

This is an older photo, but I'm working on a recent one. I'm told they are approximately three years old.

We were told "Both of them have very sweet personalities - especially Butler. He is very people oriented, and likes back scratches. Scarlet is VERY food oriented."
