As we continue to serve those experiencing hunger in Acadiana, we are streamlining our online communication to better connect with our community. Moving forward, updates, news, and stories about St. Joseph Diner will be shared through the official Catholic Charities of Acadiana page (Found here: Catholic Charities of Acadiana)

This decision allows us to highlight all of our programs under one roof, showcasing the collective impact we’re making together. Rest assured, the 40 year mission of St. Joseph Diner remains steadfast—serving over 223,000 warm meals a year to our neighbors experiencing hunger.

Dine for the Diner will be held on Thursday, May 18th, 2023, at participating local restaurants, where 10% of the restaurant's proceeds from the day are donated back to St. Joseph Diner, a program of Catholic Charities of Acadiana. The community is invited to support St. Joseph Diner by visiting one or more participating restaurants on Dine for the Diner Thursday.

Held annually, Dine for the Diner raises critical community support for St. Joseph Diner, a program of Catholic Charities of Acadiana. St. Joseph Diner has served meals to those experiencing hunger and food insecurity since 1983. Recently, St. Joseph Diner included serving meals throughout the wider Acadiana region by introducing three new Diner Mobiles. St. Joseph Diner serves over 5,000 meals per week.
