This past weekend, the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi partnered with PIVIT U for the chapter’s first SPARK Program!

PIVIT U aims to empower students to take immediate action and launch their dream careers. They coached brothers on how to properly kickstart their LinkedIn profiles, gave interview tips, and talked to brothers about their individual career goals and how they can better their chances of a successful adulthood.

We can’t thank Jimmy and Liddie Palumbo enough for the insightful and motivating opportunity to learn from them.

Another big thank you to and all the donors to the LA Beta One Fund for making this experience possible.

Celebrating the brotherhood, traditions, and legacy of Phi Kappa Psi at our 174th annual Founders Day. Thanks to all the alumni and brothers from other chapters that came to celebrate.

Another big thank you to Phi Kappa Psi National Vice President, Chuck Brandman (CWRU ‘70) and the rest of the incredible alumni that spoke for us.

A huge congratulations to Patrick Clark (UL-Lafayette ‘78) for winning the Outstanding Alumni Award and Matthew Beall (UL-Lafayette ‘24) for winning the Outstanding Undergraduate Award!! Thanks to both for your incredible contributions to the chapter!

Happy Founders Day to the men who started it all!

On this day, we honor the vision and dedication of William Henry Letterman and Charles Page Thomas Moore, who at Jefferson College in 1852, in the midst of a typhoid epidemic, chose brotherhood and character over fear.

The values they established - honor, service, scholarship, and brotherhood, still challenge us daily to live with purpose and lead with character.

Grateful to wear these letters, grateful for the men who came before us, and grateful to continue building on the foundation they laid 174 years ago!

2025 DISTRICT COUNCIL MEETING

Last week, some of the brothers of Louisiana Beta attended the biennial District IV Council Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. They represented our chapter and came together with other chapters in the district to vote in the next District IV Archon.

Additionally, Louisiana Beta was the recipient of the District IV Chapter Excellence Award, given to one outstanding Chapter within each District!

LOUISIANA BETA WINS 1ST PLACE IN HOMECOMING WEEK FOR 2ND YEAR IN A ROW!

This great success came from the communal effort of our entire brotherhood throughout homecoming week! Our Fall 2024 rush class was crucial to this victory and we could not be prouder to be united in excellence with this amazing group. We look forward to the end of this semester and the future of our brotherhood to strive just as hard for plenty more successes to come!
