About STS Foundation
Our Mission: STS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing memorable cultural exchanges between American families and young people from other parts of the world. Our mission is to foster greater mutual understanding and to empower young people to grow through cultural exchange. Since then, STS Foundation has placed thousands of foreign high scho
ol exchange students from over 40 countries in homes all across America. For nearly 40 years, STS Foundation has taken great pride in our personal and caring approach to our students, host families, local coordinators, schools, partner organizations, and everyone involved in our program. Our Commitment: STS Foundation is a designated U.S. Department of State exchange program and maintains full accreditation with the Council on Standards for International Education Travel (CSIET). We take great pride in maintaining the highest quality and best reputation in our work with students, host families, and schools. We are also a member of the Alliance for International Exchange, whose mission is to formulate and promote public policies that support the growth and well-being of international exchange links between the people of the United States and other nations.
