Writers Guild of Acadiana The Writers' Guild of Acadiana includes members from Lafayette, Louisiana and the surrounding area. Poets, screenwriters, and illustrators also welcome.

We are a networking group dedicated to supporting and educating the craft of writing. We invite writers and illustrators to join and participate in our discussions and meetings. The group is not intended for advertising your works or opinions. Also, people who are working on writing and becoming an author are welcome to submit questions or advice. The admins of this group welcome a wide diversity of opinions if they are involved in writing (prose, fiction, memoirs, poetry, song writing, articles, or essays.)
