Tonight, the window closes for 2026 Cason’s Cause assistance forms. If your family could benefit from support, or you know a child who may need assistance, today is the day to reach out.

Children must:
✔️ Have an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis from a licensed medical provider
✔️ Live in Macon County, TN, or a surrounding county

Cason’s Cause supports families with a variety of needs, including therapy copays, transportation to therapy, communication devices, specialty school scholarships, and more. Every request is considered based on the individual needs of the child and family.

You can apply for your own child, or anonymously nominate a child you know. 💙

If your child has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or you know a local child who may need support, now is the time to reach out!

Cason’s Cause assistance forms for the 2026 cycle must be submitted by September 1. Families can apply for their own child, and children may also be nominated anonymously by someone who knows them.

Eligibility includes:
✔️ An Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis from a licensed medical provider
✔️ Residency in Macon County, TN, or a surrounding county

From helping with therapy copays and transportation barriers to providing communication devices, specialty school scholarships, and other needs, Cason’s Cause strives to support each child based on what will benefit them most.

Every family’s journey looks different, and we want to help fill the gaps wherever we can. 💙

Who qualifies?

Sometimes, families are carrying more than anyone realizes. That's why Cason's Cause allows community members to anonymously nominate a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder for financial assistance.

If you know a family in Macon County or the surrounding areas who may be facing the financial challenges that often accompany an autism diagnosis, we'd love the opportunity to connect with them.

Simply email [email protected] and let us know who you would like to nominate. We'll send you the nomination link, and from there, our team will reach out to the family and guide them through the application process with care and confidentiality.

A single nomination could open the door to therapy assistance, communication devices, safety resources, educational support, and other autism-related needs.

No family should have to navigate an autism diagnosis alone.

Each year, Cason's Cause is honored to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by providing financial assistance for needs such as therapies, communication devices, safety resources, educational support, and more. If your family—or a family you know—could benefit from assistance, now is the time to apply.

You may also submit a referral anonymously for a child you believe could benefit from our support.

To qualify:
✔️ The child must live in Macon County or one of the surrounding counties.
✔️ A formal Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis from a qualified medical professional (MD, DO, psychiatrist, psychologist, etc.) is required.

🧩 We provide individualized assistance. Every application is carefully reviewed so we can help meet each child's unique autism-related needs.

💙 Your donations stay local. Cason's Cause has provided more than $55,000 in assistance to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Macon County and the surrounding communities.

🌟 We help remove barriers to care. From therapy expenses and communication devices to safety equipment and educational support, our goal is to help children access the resources they need to thrive.

If your family could benefit from assistance, or if you know someone who may need support, you are welcome to submit an assistance form on their behalf. Referrals can be made anonymously, allowing us to reach families who may not know where to turn.

To be eligible for assistance:

If your child has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and your family could benefit from financial assistance, we invite you to apply.

To receive a support form, please email [email protected].

To complete your application, we require a formal ASD diagnosis from a qualified medical professional, such as a physician, psychiatrist, or other licensed medical provider.

Because of the incredible generosity of our community through this year's fundraising events, Cason's Cause is able to help families with a variety of needs. We know firsthand that supporting a child with autism often requires a multifaceted approach, and we're honored to help ease some of that burden.

Financial assistance may include:
💙 Scholarships to specialty schools
💙 Transportation and travel expenses for therapies
💙 Respite care
💙 Home safety modifications
💙 Therapy-related expenses
💙 Communication devices and other individualized needs
