It is not every day that a company will donate their time and resources to the good of the biking community! Sharp Bicycle spent hours repairing bikes for free at the Lafayette Earth Day Festival!!!

The weather cooperated!
-People came for free bike repair from Sharp Bicycle.
-People came to talk about electric boats at EVEN Recharge.
-People learned how super efficient Renewal Anderson Windows and Doors are.
-People pet bunnies with Lamorinda 4-H.
-People got free honey at our booth!
-People got free compost buckets at Republic Services.
-People learned about gardening from Yarden and Lafayette Community Garden.
-People learned about the Facebook group, Buy Nothing.
-Mt. Diablo Beekeeping Association showed off an active bee hive!
-People learned about the Lafayette Creeks Committee.
-There was SO much! Thank you to ALL of the groups that made it happen!!!

This is a fantastic event for all! The Lafayette Community Garden is a magical place! The garden grows vegetables, herbs, cut flowers, and fruit. There is a labyrinth, Miwok village, hen house, carpentry area, compost area, children's area, and they host the Mt. Diablo Beekeepers Association! It is peaceful and beautiful! Come check it out!
