Saedie will be hosting an information table with helpful resources and insights on dementia care and support services.
This free, public conference is a valuable opportunity for caregivers and community members to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Registration is required to attend.

Join us for “Understanding Dementia” on August 26th at 10:30 a.m. at the Holman Branch of the Tippecanoe County Public Library (627 South St., Lafayette, IN).

Area IV Agency’s Dementia Care Specialist, Saedie Spikes, will provide an introduction to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Learn about risk factors, types of dementia, how the brain is affected, and current management strategies.

This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and ask questions in a supportive setting. Free and open to the public—no registration required.

Dementia Education Series at the Indiana Veterans’ Home

Join the Alzheimer’s Association, Indiana Veterans’ Home, and Area IV Agency for a free 3-part Dementia Education series, open to the public and held at the MacArthur Auditorium.
