At Hanna, we LOVE our volunteers! 💙

Meet two of our incredible volunteers, Emma Smith and Pastor Bowers! Emma gives her time each week to support our After School Program and even helped out at Hanna Fest this summer. Pastor Bowers—who also serves on the Hanna Board—has been making a difference by driving the bus for our After School Program.

We are so grateful for Emma, Pastor Bowers, and all of our amazing volunteers. Hanna simply wouldn’t be the same without you!

We are more than just a building, we provide resources for the community.

Did you know we offer room/facility rentals, bus rentals for our 15-passenger buses, food donation program (currently accepting from KFC, Red Lobster, & Insomnia Cookies), hygiene products such as oral health and body care, and more?

We are excited to partner with WFYI and WBAA for an Indie Lens Pop-Up screening of The Inquisitor on March 25 at Northend Community Center.

The film celebrates the life and legacy of Barbara Jordan — trailblazing Texas congresswoman and civil rights icon. From Nixon’s impeachment to civil rights battles, her voice demanded accountability.
