Greetings AALOT Members and supporters, this year Joe Gamble will be the new club advisors for the African Leaders of Tomorrow, he is excited about advising the group and making AALOT the club to join. I will be forming a similar club at Tecumseh Called the Black Students Leadership & Achievement Club, we will have a similar mission and goals, and work together on projects and community events. In addition, I will be asking you to schedule a time to join one of our meeting and lead discussions, give advice, share your experiences, or simply share some of you future plans. I will be counting on you to be role models and mentors to the Tecumseh BSLAC Members as part of your club community service. Although, I will still be indirectly involved with AALOT, I will miss all of you, and proud of the young mature Black Adults you are becoming.

A Bio introduction from Mr. Joe Gamble Social Studies Teacher Jefferson High School.

I was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. I went to Sunnyside Junior High School and then Lafayette Jefferson High School. While at Jeff, I played 3 years on the Varsity Basketball team. During my time at Jeff, I got opportunity to serve the Lafayette community by being selected to be a member of the Lafayette Mayor's Youth Council. After graduating from Lafayette Jeff in 2008, I continued my education at Ball State University. While at Ball State University, I majored in Social Studies Education. Alongside my academics at Ball State University, I participated in athletics also, as a walk-on for the Ball State Men's Basketball Team. In addition to being a walk-on athlete, I also got the chance to serve in the capacity of Team Student Manager for the Ball State Men's Basketball Program. After graduating from Ball State University in 2013, I got hired to teach Geography & History of the World at my alma mater Lafayette Jefferson High School. I am currently in my second year of teaching, and will serve as an assistant basketball coach for the Varsity/Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Team at Lafayette Jeff.
