NYSFOLA has received news that NY has recently lost two of its finest Lake Stewards. Rena Doing was a former NYSFOLA Board member, CSLAP volunteer and advocate for Plymouth Reservoir in Chenango County. Betsy Janes was a CSLAP volunteer and NYSFOLA conference stalwart who was dedicated to her beloved Queechy Lake in Columbia County. Both women were previous recipients of NYSFOLA's Lake Steward Award. Thank you Betsy and Rena for caring about your lakes and for your long time support of NYSFOLA.
