There is nothing quite like walking into a great train show.

The Show Before You Go was created to help bring some of the excitement and anticipation back to model train and railroad collectible shows.

Our goal is simple:

Help collectors find the shows they don’t want to miss.
Help dealers understand what collectors are searching for.
Help promoters showcase why their events are worth attending.

Before a show, participating dealers will be able to preview some of the items they’re bringing, while collectors can share what they’re hoping to find and start building their “hunt list” before the doors even open.

This is not an online marketplace.
We do not handle transactions.
We do not take commissions.
We are not replacing the show.

Because sometimes all it takes to turn “maybe I’ll go” into “I have to be there” is seeing that one item you’ve been hunting for.

We’re currently looking for a small number of railroad and model train shows this fall that would like to help us test and develop this idea.
