When a crisis happens, knowing where to turn can make all the difference.

Mental health crises don't follow a schedule. They don't wait for a convenient moment, and they don't always come with a warning. Sometimes, the hardest part of asking for help is simply knowing where to begin.

At Acadiana Area Human Services District (AAHSD), we believe that no one should have to navigate life's most difficult moments alone.

Our Walk-In Crisis Services are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis with access to compassionate care and support during regular business hours.

And when our clinic doors close, support doesn't stop.

Whether you're experiencing a crisis yourself, concerned about someone you love, or simply unsure of what to do next, resources are available beyond our regular business hours.

📞 Help is available. Hope is possible. And reaching out is a courageous first step.

• 240 job seekers in attendance
• 68 on-the-spot job offers
• 162 job seekers moving forward with interviews
