As mentioned before, tonight we held a discussion based on attendance incentives. It was the position of those present that the following ways were best:
Each meeting that a member attends grants them a single entry into a raffle that will be held at the final meeting of each year, this normally being October for our area. This allows each member the potential of 10 entries into the raffle. The prize(s) will be afforded through area funds. A maximum budget of 5-600$ was mentioned. Additionally, granting 3 prizes is under consideration. First prize being the most luxurious and third being the least. A formal outline will be drafted based on this information and any additional input created through commentary on this post or through direct messages to the Local 20 Lafayette Area profile. This outline will be presented at next month's meeting on May 27th, 2021. It is the position of the attending members that entries for this raffle begin with that meeting. The same meeting will involve the Allocation of Funds per member's wages. Please provide input, opinions, or ideas for this attendance incentive in the comments below. Thank you!
