Just a reminder - Kids Fishing Day at Munger Park is TOMORROW from 9am-12pm! 😁🐠 Join us with Breakfast Optimist Club and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources for this FREE catch and release fishing day open to all kids ages 3-14 with an accompanying adult. Lunch will be provided - there are a small number of fishing poles available, please bring your own if you have one. We will see you there!!

Did you miss the news?! We’re bringing back Coding Minds Academy: Minecraft at McAllister Rec Center! Minecraft Makecode 1 is for elementary and middle school innovators, offering an adventurous dive into Makecode block programming! Transform your Minecraft realm and dive into the dynamic world of Artificial Intelligence.

Did you know that Arni's Pizza is now available in Columbian Park all summer long?! 😱🤩😁 As our official concessions partner for the 2025 season, Arni’s at the Cove is bringing an expanded menu, special events catering, and even more to Columbian Park. Guest favorites like soft pretzels, nachos, and hotdogs will remain on the menu, PLUS new offerings such as Arni’s pizza, boneless wings, cinnamon breadsticks, homemade ice cream sandwiches, and more!

The concessions partnership introduces catering options for private events as well as new birthday party packages.

🚨🚨 Arni’s at the Cove is available for ALL guests of Columbian Park - not just Cove attendees! Stop by the park-facing window at the concessions building (next to Cove Guest Services) on your way to visit Columbian Park Zoo or to enjoy the SIA Playground!

We are 34 days away from our first Art in the Park for the 2025 season! Get ready for DANCE NIGHT at Columbian Park on Tuesday, June 3 from 6-8:30pm. The evening will be filled with a number of local fine artisans, food trucks, giveaway opportunities, and free kids' craft. PLUS - enjoy performances by your favorite local dance groups (stay tuned to see who will be dancing on Memorial Island stage 😉)

Art in the Park festivals showcase local and regional recognized fine arts and crafts, interactive art, music from local talent, a variety of foods from local food vendors, and fun activities for the kids. Art in the Park is a family-friendly event, free to attend, and open to the public.
