The Ladysmith Freemasons Lodge is having its annual raffle to raise money for ongoing community acts of kindness, endowments for local projects, and scholarships.

We have donated to the Senior Citizens Center, the Flambeau Archery Club, sponsored the Holcombe Elementary School yearbook, Trails End Youth Camp, Breast Cancer Recovery, Fox Valley Tornado relief, student scholarships, and various other organizations/causes.

Our signature project efforts have included donating 16 Fire Suppression Tools (FSTs). 10 to area fire departments and 6 to the Rusk County Sherriff’s department. These lifesaving tools can be deployed by a first responder to contain or extinguish flames before other fire support is on site. Our lodge is committed to ongoing projects that support public health, safety, and wellbeing.

22 cash prizes are given with the top prize of $3000.00.

We thank all our local supporters and businesses for helping with this fundraiser!

On this Labor Day, Wisconsin Freemasons honor every hand that builds, serves, and lifts others up.

The working tools remind us that honest labor is more than a living — it’s a calling. May we square our work, level our dealings, and continue to strengthen our communities together in friendship and Brotherly Love.

Have a happy and safe Labor Day, Brothers!
