After six years serving as the Leader of Partnership for Public Health (PPH), Tammy Carmichael is no longer with the organization. During her tenure at PPH, Tammy helped shape the organization's growth and direction. We are grateful for her contributions and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
We are excited to announce the Board has appointed Brandy Carstarphen as the Interim CEO. Brandy is a seasoned healthcare and senior living administrator with deep roots in central New Hampshire. She joined PPH in June 2026 as Human Service Administrator, leading the Aging and Disability Resource Center, which serves older adults and people with disabilities across Belknap and Carroll Counties. In that role, she managed person-centered options counseling, SHIP, Senior Medicare Patrol, and the Family Caregiver Support Program, and built community partnerships that expand access to long-term services, healthcare coverage, housing, and transportation.
As the Board seeks to recruit a permanent CEO, Brandy assumes overall leadership of PPH. She looks forward to working with the PPH team and community partners to support the public health and safety needs of our communities. Please join us in welcoming her as we look forward to this new chapter in PPH’s important work.
Please feel free to reach out to Brandy at [email protected] as you continue to partner with us in the future.
