We couldn't agree more: this is something we can build together.

A Road Named Hope
We are so excited to share a very special milestone! The Town of Gilford has officially designated and named the new road leading to HPP’s future community residence "Hope Way". Our future address will be:
25 Hope Way, Gilford, NH 03249
We could not imagine a more meaningful name.
Hope Way is located on the 6.8 acres of land so generously donated by the First United Methodist Church of Gilford-Laconia, whose own designation as Hope Ministries makes this name especially significant to all of us at HPP. Their incredible generosity helped make our vision possible, and now their spirit of hope will forever be part of the address of our future home.
And this road truly represents hope.
Hope for the eight adults with developmental disabilities who will soon have the opportunity to call this community home.
Hope for their families, who dream of a safe, accessible, supportive place where their loved ones can live with greater independence, dignity, security, and belonging.
And hope for the future.
Because Hope Way will eventually lead not only to our first community residence, but also to a planned Phase II residence, located a short distance away on the same road, providing another eight individuals with the opportunity to experience a home and community designed around their needs and aspirations.
What began with a vision, a generous gift of land, and a community willing to believe in what is possible is continuing to become something very real.
25 Hope Way.
It is more than an address.
It is a promise of hope, home, independence, and belonging.

A Wonderful Gift from the Laconia-Gilford Lions Club
A big thank you to the Laconia-Gilford Lions Club for their generous $1,500 donation to The Home Possible Project (HPP)!
HPP Board members, supporters, and several prospective future residents were honored to join Lions Club President Matt Sousa for the presentation of the check at HPP’s property at the First United Methodist Church of Gilford-Laconia.
The Laconia-Gilford Lions Club is an official affiliate of Lions Clubs International, the oldest service organization in the world. All monies raised through their endeavors are used to serve and strengthen the local community—and we are incredibly grateful that HPP is among the organizations they have chosen to support.
On this site, HPP is working to build an it’s flagship Phase I eight-apartment, accessible community residence for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, creating a safe, supportive place where future residents can live with greater independence, dignity, and opportunity.
This generous contribution helps bring that vision one step closer to becoming a reality. We are especially grateful for the Lions Club's commitment to our community and to the future residents of HPP.

The Home Possible Project is incredibly grateful to Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) for once again demonstrating its commitment to our community by purchasing $10,000 in New Hampshire CDFA Tax Credits in support of our mission.
This marks the second consecutive year that MVSB has invested in helping make our vision a reality, and we couldn't be more thankful.
As a grassroots nonprofit led by families, every partnership matters. Community leaders like MVSB are helping us move closer to creating a permanent, supportive community residence where adults with developmental disabilities can live with dignity, independence, safety, and a true sense of belonging.
