Mission complete! A huge thank‑you to the entire Chucksters staff for running a tight ship and keeping the chaos fun, controlled, and fully within acceptable veteran limits. Your crew was outstanding — friendly, organized, and ready for whatever tactical mini‑golf maneuvers we threw at them.

And to everyone who showed up: you’re the reason this event was possible. Your energy, laughs, and willingness to deploy on a Saturday made this one heck of a good time. LRVC events don’t happen without you — you’re the backbone of the operation.

⭐ Thank You NH Veterans Home ⭐

A heartfelt thank‑you to the NH Veterans Home for inviting the Lakes Region Veterans Coalition (LRVC) to provide Military Culture, Su***de Prevention, and Intro to Self‑Care training for the Licensed Nursing Assistant students last Friday afternoon.

We were honored to spend time with these future caregivers — sharing perspective, strengthening understanding, and helping equip them with tools that support both veteran wellbeing and their own. The NH Veterans Home continues to demonstrate outstanding commitment to preparing compassionate, informed professionals who will serve our veteran community with dignity and respect.

Thank you, NHVH, for your partnership and for trusting LRVC with this important training.

Who said summer was over? Let's give a huge HOOAH, OORAH, HOOYAH, HUA to the end of Summer, begging of fall. That's right the trees are starting to change collor making this Saturday the 19th epic and completely packed with amazing vents. If hiking with your fellow vets doesn't entice you to get outside, then how about a relaxing cruise? Better yet, why not both and make the best out of this coming weekend.
