Unfortunately we will not be able to open prior to Homecoming.

As of right now, we should be able to reopen in the new facility in the first quarter of 2025. Please understand that this is a very fluid situation with two renovation projects that are out of our control. We understand this is burdensome to our community with homecoming and holiday events quickly approaching. We encourage you to utilize resources in the community as well as resources at your child's school; some schools have lending closets similar to Cinderella's Closet. Additionally, there are thrift shops on Lackland, Fort Sam, Randolph and in the civilian community that may have dresses for upcoming events. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to reopening early next year.

RENOVATION UPDATE: There have been multiple delays with the construction project . As a result, I’m not sure when we will be reopening. At this time, we cannot accommodate appointments because we have all the dresses in one room at the request of the contractors. We understand that this isn’t ideal and would encourage you to utilize other resources such as thrift shops while we’re closed. I’ll post additional updates as we know more. We appreciate your patience and understanding!!

Last chance for appointments for formal attire for prom and other events until mid 2024. I have a few appointments for Saturday morning (2 March24). If you’d like an appointment, please send a message ASAP. Walk ins will not be accepted. Appointments may be limited to 30 minutes if we have a bunch of appointments.

As of 29 Feb 24, we will be CLOSED until mid 2024. If you’re needing dresses or formal attire during that time, please schedule an appointment before 29 Feb 24. We are ran by volunteers and last minute appointment requests cannot always be accommodated. Please plan ahead as much as you can.

If you rent items from us and they are due to be returned while we are closed, you may hold onto the items until we reopen. If you get orders during that time, please contact us so we can make arrangements prior to your PCS. Contact information for the manager will be provided on your rental receipt.

If you have rented items from us and the due date has passed, please return the items prior to our closure. We will be reaching out to all patrons who have overdue items over the next couple weeks.
