Paul brings nearly two decades of institutional advancement and fundraising leadership experience, including his most recent role as Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Niagara University. Throughout his career, he has built strong donor relationships, led successful fundraising teams, and helped secure tens of millions of dollars in support of mission-driven organizations.

In his new role, Paul will oversee all fundraising efforts for OLV Charities, helping advance the mission of Father Baker and support the work of OLV Human Services and OLV National Shrine & Basilica.

Welcome to OLV, Paul! We look forward to all that we will accomplish together.

Celebrating 15 Years of Service!

After 15 years of exceptional service to OLV, Chief Advancement Officer, Eileen Hudson, will retire on September 2.

Throughout her tenure, Eileen has provided outstanding leadership and played a vital role in strengthening the culture of philanthropy that supports the ministries and mission inspired by Venerable Nelson Baker. Her dedication, relationships, and commitment to our mission have helped advance OLV’s work and ensure that Father Baker’s legacy of serving others continues to thrive.

We are deeply grateful to Eileen for her many years of service, leadership, and friendship. Her contributions to OLV will have a lasting impact, and she leaves behind a legacy of generosity and commitment to our mission.
