It is with great sadness we report the death of Pert Kane. Pert was not a veteran. He was an iron worker and a great outdoors man with a love of rabbit hunting. Pert volunteered as a Hunts For Healing mentor early in the beginning of HFH's program when Mentors were hard to fined. He fit in well with our injured Vets and was very active in our programs. Pert will be missed greatly. Please keep his family in your prayers. Thanks

A GREAT BIG THANK-YOU TO The North Shore Railroad Company & Affiliates. They used their Veterans Unit for a passenger excursion with the purpose of raising funds for nonprofits that support military members, veterans, and their families. Hunts for Healing was blessed to be one of their recipients.

Great job!

We had a fantastic week of Family camp! We had 5 families and some amazing mentor families to help us along the way. And Pastor Tim made his return back to camp and we knew what we were missing last year…. him!!
We also were at a new campground and it was perfect!
