We work to empower livelihood of women, youth and children who dwell in the impoverished communities of Uganda. Aspire to Lead a Community Transformation, formerly known as Africa Education and Leadership Initiative Uganda, is working to educate and enrich communities to bring hope. We believe that education is one of the fundamental pillars of development for poor countries such as Uganda, and ot

Through our enrichment projects, our goal is to establish and develop education structures for schools by constructing classrooms, Laboratories, offer academic sponsorship to poor school going children most especially girls, initiate life-skills and self sustaining development projects among women and the youth. We advocate for the education of women, children most especially girls and youth, to strengthen capacity building and fostering steady communities transformation

As we celebrate Christmas today, we are engulfed in happiness, joy, festivities, buffets, drinks and celebrations.
There is another class of people most especially poor children and their families in some communities who doesn't have a glimpse of how their Christmas will look like.
We would like to thank the people that stood with us and our our team at Aspire to Lead a Community Transformation.
Together, we managed to put smiles on faces of children and their familes in Uganda for this Christmas. We may not have reached our goal, but even the small we did made an impact before God and to the families that received these Christmas food gifts which included sugar, rice, pasta, salt, bread, soda, soap and cooking oil. What you gave looked to be small before you, but it was a huge surprise and made a big difference to these poor familes. You made their Christmas colorful. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas to you all.

Dear our supporter. Since the Christmas of 2020, after the outbreak of covid 19, we have been supporting poor communities in Uganda, through one of our Programs called Put a Smile, on a Face of a Child this Christmas, this program has so far reached out and fed more than 2,000 children with their families. We give out packages full of food supplies such as rice, bread, milk, sugar, cooking oil, Soda and soap to bring the joy of Christmas to the poor children whose families cannot afford these food stuffs. You can support us financially or buy us food supplies. Our goal is to help more 1000 children this year.
All your donations will go towards this program 100% for this upcoming Christmas of 2024

As we come towards the end of the year, we want to reflect on the good that God has enabled us to do, the smiles we have put on many children’s faces and their families over the last few years, the stories and experiences they have shared with us, motivate us to work hard each passing day to foster and improve community development and sustainability.

One of our women groups in Uganda, is making these as a way of supporting their children in schools and to eradicate poverty among their communities. These are embroidered and beads materials with adjustable wrist sizes. Each embroidered goes for $15 and beads goes for $10 excluding shipping. We can ship anywhere in the USA and Canada.
