This Friday July 3rd is the annual Lacey fireworks event in Rainier Vista Park. So much fun!! https://laceyparks.org/fireworks/

If you are new to our HOA, expect cars driving through all afternoon and evening looking for parking. We cannot block the street off legally, however we have found using your garbage cans at the sides of your driveway helps keep parkers from blocking you in.

Have fun, stay safe. Please remember fireworks are illegal inside city limits (except for city sponsored events)

Our annual community garage sale date for 2026 is Saturday, July 11th, 8:00am to 2:00pm. While your household can add the Friday or Sunday adjacent, the ads we post as an HOA will only mention Saturday as the neighborhood-wide event.

There is a gray cat reported to be spraying at least one house's porch in the HOA. All pets, including both cats and dogs, must be in control by the owner 24/7 in Lacey. See this municipal code for details. https://lacey.municipal.codes/LMC/7.04.050
