If you have opinions about vendors on Lacey, the city is looking for feedback via this survey.

Share your opinions with your neighbor if you want, just come take our Street Merchant Survey after you're done.

The City of Lacey is reviewing its rules for street merchants, including food trucks, pop-up vendors, kiosks, carts, and other small businesses that operate outside traditional buildings.

Whether you’re a business owner, customer, property owner, resident, or community member, your feedback will help shape possible updates to the Lacey Municipal Code.

Take the survey online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DCDS6QP . Then tell your neighbor to take it too.

The survey closes on Monday, September 21.

This Friday July 3rd is the annual Lacey fireworks event in Rainier Vista Park. So much fun!! https://laceyparks.org/fireworks/

If you are new to our HOA, expect cars driving through all afternoon and evening looking for parking. We cannot block the street off legally, however we have found using your garbage cans at the sides of your driveway helps keep parkers from blocking you in.

Have fun, stay safe. Please remember fireworks are illegal inside city limits (except for city sponsored events)

Our annual community garage sale date for 2026 is Saturday, July 11th, 8:00am to 2:00pm. While your household can add the Friday or Sunday adjacent, the ads we post as an HOA will only mention Saturday as the neighborhood-wide event.
