I started Dawg Dayz Neuter/Spayz to help those that are having trouble with getting their dog and or cat spayed or neutered due to financial issues. There are many programs out there to help those individuals that are on government assistance programs. Many people may not even be aware of all the programs out there to help with their pets. We're here to help you find that information and see if you qualify for any spay/neuter assistance. There's also that group of people that make too much money to qualify for assistance but are still struggling and living paycheck to paycheck. The most important thing is preventing more unwanted pets from entering this world. At the current rate of animals being killed in the shelter systems it's just not smart to contribute to this "problem". If we can stop the cycle before it starts then why shouldn't we?! If we're not part of the solution, we're part of the problem. Let us help YOU be part of the solution too! Each and every single dog/cat we can help get spayed/neutered makes a difference in the pet overpopulation. This is a non-profit organization assisting the Northwest Indiana and surrounding areas starting off small to test the need for this type of service. We also accept donations! All money donated goes directly toward the next animal in need. Maybe you would like to make a Memorial contribution in honor of a lost pet or a loved one that cherished animals too. Just think of all the lives we can save together! By spaying/neutering that gives another chance for a shelter dog/cat to find a home. Now that's a great thing!
