Hi, I’m Shayler! The owner of ShaySymm Fitness Facility that has been growing and shining since 2018. Here at the gym you can find classes, small group personal training, one on ones, team challenges, camaraderie, sauna and more! Not only do we offer tons of options and times but we are also an ALL WOMENS facility! 👠 We specialize in making every single client leave feeling proud of themselves, and making modifications or enhancements as needed! 🩷

Along with fitness classes we also offer our InBody USA scale scan so you can get an idea of where your starting muscle mass, body fat percentage and other details should be at. This is a great addition if you’re wanting customized meal guidance, calories tailored to your goals or just a detail oriented sheet to help you reach your next challenge! You do not have to be a member to schedule a consultation or use our scale! 🩷
