Perfectly Flawed Foundation provides harm reduction and recovery support services for addictive behaviors in North Central, IL including LaSalle, Putnam, Bureau and neighboring counties;

-One-on-one support with trained peers support specialists
-SMART Recovery support groups and social activities,
-Service navigation and referral to treatment;
-Mobile support
-Overdose prevention, naloxone d

istribution and training
-Syringe access and disposal
-Family scholarships for enrichments activities. Services free of charge from community donations and grant support. 18+
