Today our Vincentians from the ESGV district came together for our annual Vincentian Appreciation Day. We attended Mass at St. Frances of Rome church in Azusa, followed by fellowship which included a delicious pancake breakfast. We played games, enjoyed great food, and great conversations. A big THANK YOU to our District President, Donna and the St. Frances of Rome Vincentians for hosting this event. We had the pleasure of sitting with Steven from St. Joseph Pomona Conference. We also sat close to St. Christopher West Covina Conference. It was great seeing all the familiar faces. Omar and Katherine from the LA Council also joined our gathering. Thank you Vincentians for all that you do. We are inspired by our Vincentian vocation to continue helping our communities and today we celebrate each Vincentian for their goodwill and dedication.

Thank you Vincentians for joining our Birthday celebration luncheon, we had an amazing time. Connie and Arlene were presented with a 10 year anniversary pin and the book Turn Everything to Love (SVdP). Arlene was also presented with a Vice President Pin. Connie was the recipient of the coveted SVdP bag. Theresa received a birthday card with a crochet book marker (everyone received a crochet book marker). Carmen, Connie, Arlene, and Sylvia have been Vincentians for 10+ years. Congratulations to All.

This Easter our Vincentians provided toys and 240 Easter candy bags to our young parishioners of our St. Joseph La Puente church. This was a well received and unexpected surprise that brought many smiles to the kids, adults, and Vincentians. Thanks to all who stopped by to say hello.
