🤠🐎✨ A weekend of Giving Back at the Rodeo!

Our LP Teens had the wonderful opportunity to volunteer at the Industry Hills Expo Center’s 40th Anniversary Rodeo Celebration!

Our members proudly welcomed guests, assisted with the food booth, and supported throughout the night.

A huge thank-you to Industry Hills Expo Center & Delhaven Community Center for welcoming our members and providing such a memorable experience!

We are incredibly proud of our youth for stepping up, giving back to the community, and showing what leadership and teamwork are all about! #626 🐎✨🤠

📚❤️ Family Storytime Picnic!

Thank you, Dr. Sandoval, for inviting us to be part of yesterday’s Family Storytime Picnic! Families came together for an afternoon of lunch, reading, and quality time filled with stories, smiles, and family fun! 🧺📖

A special thank-you to our amazing team for making sure every student felt included, even if their families couldn’t attend. Our staff spent time reading with students and handed out free, custom-made bookmarks to help make everyone feel special and celebrated. ❤️

We’re grateful to Dr. Sandoval and our dedicated team for making this such a meaningful afternoon for our families and youth!

🎧 Our coaches brought the energy to today’s DJ training at Hudson!

A huge thank-you to Champions and Delhaven for another amazing training, where our coaches learned proper DJ practices, including hot cues, downbeats, music phrases, and mixing points. We can’t wait to share these skills with our students!

🌳🎨 Trees come in all kinds of unique shapes and forms!

Our students explored spreading, pyramidal, round, columnar, vase, and weeping trees while learning to identify lines, shapes, patterns, and colors found in nature. They then put their creativity to work, designing their own artistic trees and discovering how artists can capture the beauty of nature in many different ways! 🍃✨

Thank you to the Delhaven Community Center and the Because We Care Program for creating such a beautiful and meaningful evening of remembrance, healing, and hope. ❤️

It was powerful to see our community come together to honor the lives we have lost, support those impacted, and remind one another that no one has to walk through difficult times alone.

From the amazing vendors, thoughtful giveaways, and delicious food to the heartfelt moments shared throughout the evening, every detail made the event special.

The luminary heart at the end was especially emotional and beautiful—a touching reminder of the love, light, and memories that remain with us. 🕯️❤️

📚 Celebrating Family Literacy Week 📖

This year’s theme, “Reading Journey from Basecamp to Summit,” is inspired by our AAC logo, where the mountains represent adventure and growth, and the open book and pencil symbolize literacy and learning. ✏️
