How it works: Adopt a numbered duck (or many!) from The LPC Women's Club for $20 each. On Saturday, June 20th, all adopted ducks will launch off the Main Street Bridge at the Noon whistle and race to the Hwy 218 bridge into our custom duck catcher. The first and second place ducks will recieve a split of HALF all the money raised!

What you're supporting: The LPC Women's Club recieves the remaining half of funds raised to continue community support of local programs, groups, and the pursuit of making La Porte City a better place to live for all.

Warm, humid air has arrived this weekend. Lawns are green, the trees are full, and color is coming back to gardens and landscaping! Within the last month, La Porte City Women’s Club garden committee has put in time pulling weeds and putting down new mulch to help keep our community looking beautiful! You’ll notice the flower boxes and landscaping at the La Porte City Golf Club are ready for the season!
