Some people show up and do their job. Others show up and change someone's life.

A team of Spring Dell employees—from DSPs to directors — recently attended the 2026 MACS DSP & Frontline Supervision Conference. We came to learn, grow, and return with more to offer the community that counts on us.

While we were there, we had the privilege of celebrating three of our own. This year, MACS honored three professionals whose work sets the standard for what excellence in direct support and frontline leadership truly looks like.

We were proud to celebrate them in person, and even more proud to introduce them here. This year's award winners aren't just strong performers. They're the kind of people who raise the standard for everyone around them.

Rodney Williams — 2026 Outstanding DSP Award Rodney leads with relationship building in mind. He takes the time to truly know the individuals he supports — then uses that understanding to create experiences that expand their lives in meaningful ways. His approach is personal, intentional, and deeply effective.

Mike Davis — 2026 Outstanding Frontline Supervisor Award Mike builds teams that are confident, capable, and aligned. His coaching style is steady and genuine — high expectations paired with real investment in the people who work alongside him. The quality of care his team provides reflects the quality of leadership he brings.

Tonya Lemon — Excellence in Direct Support Award. Tonya is an advocate in the truest sense. She connects individuals to community opportunities that build real skills and lasting confidence. Her work is thoughtful, persistent, and person-centered in everything.

We're proud to recognize these three professionals for their commitment to excellence and the lasting impact of their work.

Fresh air, good company, and a little friendly competition.

During a recent community outing, we explored the Indian Head Rail Trail Boardwalk — spotting flowers, bridges, streams, and more as part of a nature bingo challenge.

Moments like these are what community looks like.
