Update on the entrance sign. The replacement is in the works. There was an issue with the previous company that was to recreate the sign. A new company has taken over and we expect to have the replacement in the near future

Councilman Simpson will be conducting a Quailwood Community meeting Wednesday, January 15 at 6:00pm at Wills Park. The Quailwood HOA will be a topic on the agenda. Please share with your neighbors

Quailwood is looking to get the HOA back up and running and we need volunteers to help in our support.

Fall is coming and so is yard sale season. A few years back we organized a Quailwood yard sale day that was very successful. Is there any interest in doing this again? If so, please respond with any dates that work. Once we establish a date we can start to organize and advertise

Hello Quailwood neighbors. The HOA is looking to have a meeting in the coming weeks to discuss the HOA officers, plans, and concerns. We will be looking for anyone interested in becoming a HOA officer as there will be positions open.

Tonight's HOA meeting scheduled to meet at the Town Police Station at 7pm is CANCELLED due to a scheduling error. We are sorry for short notice and will be rescheduling as soon as possible. Please spread the word.

Hello everyone. Some important events coming up that I wanted to let everyone know about:

September 2nd at 7 pm there will be a meeting at the Qauilwood townhouses playground about neighborhood safety with the police. This is weather permitting, and you might want to bring a lawn chair.

Tuesday September 8th from 6-8 pm at the Best Western Hotel in La Plata is a meeting to present the project for Hawthorn Green II. This is the property between Quailwood and Jamestown. We need a ton of people there to help get this project stopped.

And then we will be having our meeting on September 10th at 7 pm at the police station. Hope to see you all at the meetings!

Hi everyone! our next general meeting is going to be Thursday September 10th...we wanted to wait until after summer so that people where done with vacations and could hopefully make the meeting!

Hello everyone, Just a quick update from your treasurer....I will be depositing 7 checks today, some of which were written in March or April...I did a poor job in organizing some paperwork and put the envelopes with the checks in an envelope with other stuff so I easily overlooked them. I apologize for the inconvenience. The board will be getting together tonight so hopefully we'll have an idea of when our next general meeting will be! .
