With another year in the books, we wanted to thank the following contributors: Franz, Caruso Produce, Republic Services, Grocery Outlet, Mid Oregon Credit Union, Legends Cider, and Eberhard's Dairy. We especially want to thank Napa Auto Parts for raising nearly $7,000 during their yearly raffle, without them we wouldn't be able to afford all that we do. In addition, we wanted to thank La Pine High School, La Pine Middle School, and La Pine Elementary for your food collection of over 3,000 items. Lastly, we wanted to thank the High Lakes Car Club, Officer Kalmbach, the Mayor and City Manager, along with the Senior Center for your help in making distribution week a success. With the help of everyone in the community, we were able to feed 375 families going as far as Chemult and Christmas Valley all the way to the outer edges of Sunriver. Thank you!

Tis the season! Distribution day is December 20th. Don’t worry, if you didn’t already sign up we will have walk in availability from 12:30-1 at the La Pine Senior Center. This is open to anyone in need. We will be giving out full Christmas meals ready to cook for the big day.

We appreciate any donations given by our community. Donations of food can be delivered to the La Pine Senior Center. Monetary donations can be mailed to PO BOX 638, La Pine, OR 97739 or dropped off at the La Pine Senior Center made out to the La Pine Christmas Basket Association. Thank you all for your generosity. We could not do this every year without all the donations our community provides.

Thank you for all that helped over the last three days! With that being said all of our leftovers went to the food pantry. They will continue to give out food boxes if you weren’t able to today starting on Monday.

La Pine Christmas basket food box, please bring your post card to the La Pine Activity Center(Senior Center) for a drive thru pick up from 9:00am - 1:00pm.

Tomorrow, Saturday the 21st is distribution day for everyone that applied for a La Pine Christmas basket food box. Come to La Pine Activity Center(Senior Center) 9:00am - 1:00pm. Don’t forget your postcard!

This Saturday, December 21st is distribution day for all who applied for a Christmas food basket. Bring the post card that was mailed to you to the La Pine Activity Center (Senior Center) from 9-1. It will be a drive thru pick up.
