As we are getting ramped up for our Annual Make-a-Offer Yard Sale happening Sept 2-5, we could use your gently used items!

Some examples of GREAT donations: Household items, craft supplies, clothing, seasonal decorations, dishes, pans, some books (not your whole library please), small appliances like coffee makers, toasters, decorative items, gardening supplies, small tools, toys and games, bedding and linens in good clean condition etc...

Please no broken or dirty items, no large furniture, printers or computers, no pillows.

Thank you for you kind and thoughtful donations as you do your end of Summer clean ups. Remember leaving us stuff that has to go to the dump takes away from our fundraising efforts and building our community programs ♡

The meeting is open to the public, and everyone is welcome! If attending the Potluck, please bring something to share.

Seed Sharing: We offer free seeds when available. If you have extra seeds and would like to donate them to share with our community, please bring them to any event at the Grange Hall or drop them off during a donation day on Mondays from 12 – 2:00 p.m.

WHAT A GREAT WEEK!!
"Garden & Nature Day Camp"
We want to thank all our partners, our volunteers and our emerging leaders on a FANTASTIC event!
The kids had a great time learning about nature and protecting their environment. We did a ton of crafts, had wonderful guest speakers and they made some new friends!

None of this would have been possible with out the support and funding from our partners, such as BETTER TOGETHER , SOUTH COUNTY COLLABORATIVE, AMERICORP, THE BEND-LA PINE SCHOOL DISTRICT and support volunteers from THE LITTLE DESCHUTES GRANGE plus the dedication and planning from our Interns who ran the show ALL week!!

Quilt As You Go Pot Holder Class

Bring a bag of scraps and make some fun, easy pot holders with us! Sarah, our instructor and owner of Homestead Quilts, has a number of these from her grandmother, and they are super fun and unique.

Pick a theme and make Thanksgiving or Christmas ones for your favorite chef, or just grab fabrics at random and see how they turn out. No two will look the same. Check out the Homestead Quilts website to find out what to bring and what supplies are provided.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jillian Pickle and her garden for the 2026 Coop & Garden Tour this year! She was our Community Choice Winner!!

We had lots of WONDERFUL feedback from tour visitors on all the gardens. Some comments were that all the garden HOSTS were so friendly and inviting and that every garden was different. Lots of ideas for visitors to carry back to their own gardens!

We want to thank all of our local gardeners and our community that ALL helped make this 2026 event a success!
