The Always God: Always Pursuing

Why Does God Keep Chasing After People?

What if God isn't waiting for you to find Him? What if God has been pursuing you all along? In Week 4 of The Always God series, we explore one of the most powerful themes in all of Scripture: God relentlessly pursues people.

Through Jesus' three famous parables in Luke 15—the Lost Sheep, the Lost Coin, and the Lost Son—we discover a God who doesn't sit back and wait for people to get their lives together. Instead, God moves toward the broken, the wandering, the hurting, and the lost.

In this message we'll explore:

• What Jesus really meant when He called people "lost"
• Why the religious leaders were offended by the people Jesus welcomed
• What the Lost Sheep, Lost Coin, and Lost Son reveal about the heart of God
• Why every person matters deeply to God
• How God's pursuit changes the way we see ourselves—and others

If you've ever wondered:

Does God still want me after everything I've done?
Have I wandered too far?
Does my life really matter to God?
Why was Jesus so attractive to people who were far from God?
What would it look like to reflect the heart of Jesus today?..then this message is for you.

Because the good news of the gospel is this: God doesn't give up on people.

God pursues.
God searches.
God welcomes.
God restores.

And He is still doing that today.

The Always God: Always Seeing

Does God Really See What You're Going Through?

Have you ever felt overlooked, forgotten, or wondered if anyone really understands what you're carrying? In Week 3 of The Always God series, we explore one of the most comforting truths in Scripture: God sees. Not just the big moments. Not just the victories. Not just the mistakes. God sees the quiet faithfulness nobody else notices. God sees the burdens you're carrying. God sees the struggles you're trying to hide. God sees what you cannot see. And through Jesus, God sees far more than your failures.

Looking at passages from Psalms, Proverbs, Jeremiah, Genesis, Romans, and 1 Peter, we'll discover what it means to worship a God who is not distant, distracted, or indifferent—but a God who sees us fully, completely, and personally.

If you've ever asked:

Does God really care about what I'm going through?
Why does it feel like life is unfair?
Why doesn't God always answer the way I want?
Does God see my struggles?
Can God still love me despite my failures?..then this message is for you.

The Always God - Still Listening

Life feels heavy sometimes. Not because we’ve stopped believing in God. Not because we’ve given up on faith. But because somewhere between the pressures of life, the disappointments we carry, and the noise around us, prayer can become one of the first things to drift into the background.

In Week 2 of The Always God, we wrestle with a question many people have quietly asked:Does God actually hear me?

Looking at the life of King Hezekiah, we discover a God who listens to desperate prayers, honest tears, and even the words we struggle to find. We explore why prayer is often difficult, what can get in the way of our connection with God, and why prayer was never meant to be a formula—it was always meant to be a relationship.

If you've ever wondered:

Does prayer really matter?
Why does God sometimes seem silent?
How do I pray when I don't know what to say?
What gets in the way of my relationship with God?
Can God still hear me when I feel distant?..this message is for you.

Know Thine Enemy - The Destroyer

What if the biggest threat to your life isn’t something dramatic—but something slow? Not a moment that blows everything up but a process that quietly wears you down. In the final week of Know Thine Enemy, we look at The Destroyer—not as chaos or crisis, but as something far more subtle: Slow erosion; quiet exhaustion; gradual disconnect. Because most people don’t wake up one day and lose their joy, their faith, or their relationships. It happens over time.

This message will challenge you to recognize:

Why destruction is usually slow, not sudden
How weariness, distraction, and isolation quietly take root
The 5 ways your life can start drifting without you noticing
Why feeling “off” doesn’t mean you’re failing—it might mean you’re worn down
Here’s the reality: The Enemy doesn’t need to ruin your life overnight if he can just: Drain your energy; dull your hope; disconnect your relationships. He wins slowly.

But here’s the GOOD NEWS: You’re not fighting for victory—you’re standing in one.

👉 Where the Enemy erodes, Jesus restores
👉 Where you feel worn down, God rebuilds
👉 Where things feel distant, He meets you there

Let’s make this personal: What’s something in your life that used to feel alive, but lately feels a little flat or distant?

Know Thine Enemy - The Tempter

Have you ever done something that felt like a good idea in the moment but later you looked back and thought, “Why did I do that?” You weren’t trying to mess things up. It made sense at the time. It felt justified. Even deserved. And that’s what makes temptation so powerful.

In Week 4 of Know Thine Enemy, we’re talking about The Tempter—not as some dramatic, Hollywood version of evil… but as something far more real:

👉 the quiet voice
👉 the subtle pressure
👉 the internal pull that shows up when you’re tired, stressed, lonely, or worn down

Because temptation doesn’t usually show up looking like a bad decision, it shows up looking like something that makes sense.

In this message, you’ll discover:

Why temptation isn’t about how bad you are—but how vulnerable you are
The 3 ways temptation shows up in everyday life
How Jesus faced the same pressure—and what that means for you
Why you’re never stuck—and always have a way forward
The truth is:

Temptation isn’t just about behavior. It’s about what’s happening underneath it. And the moments you feel the weakest are often the moments that matter the most. But here’s the good news:

👉 You’re not alone
👉 You’re not stuck
👉 And you’re not met with shame

Jesus meets you right there—in the middle of it.

Know Thine Enemy - The Deceiver

Have you ever believed something that felt completely true only to find out later that it wasn’t? Not obviously wrong. Not ridiculous. Just slightly off. And that’s what makes deception so dangerous. In Week 3 of Know Thine Enemy, we take a deeper look at one of the Enemy’s most subtle tactics: deception. Because the Enemy doesn’t usually lie outright—he whispers things that sound true, feel right, and slowly pull you off course.

“Did God really say...?”
“It’s not that big of a deal.”
“You deserve this.”
“I’ll deal with it later.”
These aren’t outrageous lies. They’re almost true. And that’s why they’re so effective.

In this message, you’ll discover:

How deception actually works in everyday life
Why the Enemy targets your discernment, not just your behavior
The difference between what feels right and what is true
And how staying close to Jesus helps you recognize and resist subtle lies
Because deception doesn’t begin with rebellion—it begins with a shift in what you believe. And the longer a lie goes unchallenged the more it starts to feel like truth. But here’s the good news: Jesus doesn’t just expose lies—He replaces them with truth. You don’t need more information—you need clarity. And the closer you stay to God, the clearer things become

Know Thine Enemy- The Accuser

Have you ever heard a voice in your head that sounds like truth, but leaves you feeling smaller, ashamed, and stuck?

“This is who you are.”
“You’ll never change.”
“You should be further along by now.”

What if that voice… isn’t God? In Week 2 of Know Thine Enemy, we take a closer look at one of the Enemy’s most subtle and damaging tactics: accusation. Because the Accuser doesn’t just remind you of what you’ve done—he tries to redefine who you are. But here’s the truth: You are not your worst moment. You are not what that voice says about you. And you are not standing under condemnation. You are standing in what Jesus has already finished.

In this message, we explore:

How to recognize the voice of accusation
The difference between conviction and condemnation
Why shame is not from God
And how Jesus silences the Accuser and restores your identity
If you’ve ever felt stuck in guilt you can’t shake or burdened by something God has already forgiven, then this message is for you.

Know Thine Enemy - Seeing the Real Enemy

Have you ever had a week where everything just felt… off? Not catastrophic. Not dramatic. Just… off. Like something is slightly out of place—but you can’t explain why. In this opening message of Know Thine Enemy, we explore a reality most of us overlook: Not everything you’re experiencing is just stress, burnout, or a bad week. Sometimes, there’s a deeper spiritual layer at work. But this isn’t about fear. This is about clarity.

In this message, you’ll discover:

What the Bible actually says about the Enemy
Why you don’t need to be afraid
How subtle spiritual interference shows up in everyday life
And how to live with awareness, resilience, and freedom in Jesus
You are not crazy. You are not broken. And you are not alone. There is a real battle—but you are not fighting for victory…you are standing in a victory Jesus has already won. Where in your life right now does something feel a little “off”?

Have you ever felt like something was missing, but you couldn’t quite explain what it was? Not in a dramatic way. Just a quiet restlessness. A sense that there has to be more. In this message, we explore a powerful quote from Rumi—“What you seek is seeking you”—and the deeper question it raises: What are we actually searching for? Because no matter how much we achieve, experience, or accumulate, that feeling doesn’t always go away. Why? What if that longing isn’t something to ignore, but something to listen to? And what if the answer isn’t found in something new but in someone who has already come near?

In this sermon, we unpack:

Why we feel restless even when life seems “fine”
The deeper meaning behind our search for “more”
How Jesus responds to that longing in a radically simple way
If you’ve ever felt stuck, searching, or unsure what’s missing—this message is for you.

Let us know in the comments: When do you feel that sense of “there has to be more”?
