🇺🇸 It was a great day in La Mesa!

The La Mesa Woman’s Club was proud to participate in the Flag Day Parade, walking alongside so many wonderful community organizations and celebrating our nation’s heritage.

We enjoyed handing out American flags (and maybe a little candy, too! 🍭😉) to parade-goers and seeing so many smiling faces along the route.

This parade is just one of the many community events we’ll be participating in as we begin the countdown to our 125th Anniversary Celebration in 2027. We look forward to connecting with our community, honoring our history, and celebrating the people and partnerships that have made our club a part of La Mesa since 1902.

💛 Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the parade. We loved being part of this special tradition!

🎉 125th Anniversary Countdown

This Saturday, May 13th, We will be participating in the 2026 La Mesa Flag Day Parade. Look for us as we will be handing out small American Flags during the Parade!🇺🇸

For more than a century, the women of the La Mesa Woman’s Club have come together with a shared purpose: to serve our community while building lasting friendships.

Through volunteerism, philanthropy, education, and civic involvement, generations of members have worked side by side to strengthen the La Mesa community and enrich the lives of others.

As we begin the countdown to our 125th Anniversary Celebration in 2027, we look forward to sharing stories of the people, projects, and partnerships that have shaped our club since 1902.

🎓 Graduation Week & 125th Anniversary Countdown 🎉

As graduating seniors across the Grossmont Union High School District celebrate this important milestone, the La Mesa Woman’s Club is proud to recognize the students who represent the future of our community.

Since 1975, the La Mesa Woman’s Club has awarded scholarships to graduating seniors in the Grossmont Union High School District, helping support their educational goals and future success.

Over the years:
📚 $167,600 awarded in scholarships
💛 135,000+ volunteer hours given back to the community

Investing in future generations has been an important part of our mission for decades and remains a priority today.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026! We wish you success as you begin your next chapter.
