The Carolyn Taylor Lee Foundation is incredibly proud to recognize our Founder & Executive Director, Dayna Lee, on being named a 2026 40 Under 40 Honoree by The Daily News.

This prestigious recognition celebrates young professionals who are making a meaningful impact throughout Galveston County, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving.

Dayna founded the Carolyn Taylor Lee Foundation with a simple but powerful mission: to strengthen families, support individuals during life’s most difficult moments, and serve our community with compassion, dignity, and hope. Under her leadership, the Foundation has provided resources to families in need, supported mental health awareness, honored hometown heroes, assisted students and educators, partnered with local organizations, and worked to ensure that no one feels forgotten during times of hardship.

What makes Dayna’s leadership so special is that service isn’t just something she does it’s who she is. She leads with compassion, integrity, and an unwavering belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. Whether she’s advocating for mental health, organizing community outreach, or simply showing up for a family in need, her heart for service is evident in everything she does.

This honor is not just a celebration of one person it is a reflection of the countless volunteers, partners, donors, supporters, and community members who have believed in the Foundation’s mission from the very beginning. Together, we are proving that when a community comes together with purpose, lives are changed.
