** ANNOUNCEMENT **

This afternoon at 4pm EDT/3pm CDT we will be holding our first class for the 2026 Hurricane Season. All classes will be using the UCAR Comet/MetEd courses. Certificates of completion issued by UCAR will be available to those who complete the final course quiz with a 70% proficiency or higher. You must be registered with UCAR to receive the certificate of completion. We are including a direct link to the Comet/MetEd registration site. We will be doing a live breakdown of the NESDID GOES Satellite imagery during this class session. If you can't attend the livestream, the recording will be available on Facebook for the next 30 days, and YouTube permanently.

An Evacuation Immediate order has been issued by the Baca County Office of Emergency Management for Campo due to a fast-moving wildfire.
