HOW DO YOU RECRUIT?

Every unit has a secret or two that works — a school talk trick, a sign-up table hack, a way to turn a curious parent into a committee member. This roundtable is where we put all of those secrets on the table.

We'll also have hands-on tech help available to walk through updating your unit's BeAScout "Pin" and other Scouting America resources — small fixes that make a real difference in whether new families can even find you.

And if your unit has a New Member Coordinator, send them!
We're running a dedicated session just for New Member Coordinators on how to recruit and onboard new leaders and committee members for your unit.

Come ready to share, ready to learn, and ready to walk away with something you can use before your next meeting. This is a true roundtable so bring

Hello Arrowmen!

I am looking forward to seeing everyone at our September Get Together and meeting. We will be enjoying guacamole, cinnamon raisin bread, and Playdoh in celebration of National Guacamole Day, National Cinnamon Raisin Bread Day and National Play-Doh Day. We will also be planning our Haunted Hollow tent.

Come join us for an all ages evening of fellowship and food while learning about great opportunities and activities for your scouts.

Come one! Come all! To meet your fellow Tall Grass OA members!

We are looking for Screams at our Haunted Hollow tent!

Our chapter is building one of the scare rooms for Haunted Hollow!
This year’s overall theme is Grimm’s Fairy Tales
Our Chapter is building our tent inspired by the story: The Juniper Tree (also known as the Almond Tree)

After we talk about our Haunted Hollows tent, we will walk over to the Downers Grove Dairy Queen to get ourselves some well-earned Ice Cream.

Pickup will be back at St. Paul’s after the trip.
