We are excited to announce 2 new support groups for older adults and their caregivers!
Early-Onset Dementia Caregiver Support Group:
A dementia diagnosis before age 65 brings its own challenges, and the people caring for someone with early-onset dementia often feel they have no peers who truly understand. This group offers a space for individuals caring for loved ones diagnosed with dementia before age 65 to find support and connect with other caregivers.
Memories & Moments Support Group:
This group supports caregivers and their loved ones at the same time. While caregivers connect and find support with one another, their loved ones experiencing cognitive changes can enjoy a separate group filled with reminiscing and meaningful social connections. Everyone leaves having spent time with people who understand.
