On May 23rd, our club members didn't have to brave any adverse weather conditions to attend the 2nd Halfway Classic Car Show. Those who braved the sunny day were Steve & Karen, Richard & Debby, Jim & Sally, Gary & Jan, Arlan & Mary Ann, Shannon & Kristy, Scott & Ashley, Robert & Donna, Jimmy & wife, Allen and John & Deb who were camping at the Snake River joined us for a few hours.
Shannon's car driven by his son Lane won the "People's Choice" award and Richard & Debby won the "Best 40's" award.

On May 16, Steve O and Shannon braved the cold and windy weather to attend the Waitsburg Car Show in Washington to be find it really cold and rainy. They didn't take any pictures, nor did they win anything but being cold and wet!!!

On May 16, Richard & Debby and Kathy O braved the windy and cold to be surprised when arriving at the Echo Car Show to find it was windy but not cold. No one won anything but they had a good time.

Early on Sunday morning, five our club members gathered and drove to Walla Walla, WA to attend this car show - Steve O, Arlan, John & Deb, Scott & Ashley, and Shannon & Kristie along with several of their children who drove some of Shannon's cars. Since this was homecoming weekend, there were many spectators who voted on their favorite cars. Arlan was the only lucky club member to receive a trophy (thanks to Ireland's recruiting efforts); he won the "People Choice Award Nostalgic 1951-1960" award.

On a beautiful cool breezy Spring Day, four of our members attended the 1st Annual Boardman Spring Dash Car Show - Allen & Cathy, Steve O (Brian - Steve's son-in-law), Steve & Karen and Arlan & MaryAnn. Being the first time Boardman is hosting a car show; they did a great job. They didn't have the traditional trophies, instead they presented the winner with a bottle of fine wine, and each bottle label stated the winning classification. We had two winners in our group: Steve & Karen won "President's Choice" and Arlan & MaryAnn won the "Best 50's".
